    We offer a variety of pre-loved items, including furniture, home decor, kitchenware, electronics, and more. All items are cleaned, restored, and inspected to ensure quality.
  • Do you offer in-person shopping at your store in Kelowna?
    We keep costs low by not offering in-person retail shopping at our store in Kelowna. However, we disclose any damage, if present, in our listings. For more details, please refer to our Returns and Refunds section for our policy.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes, we provide same-day delivery services for your convenience. Delivery is available to customers within our service areas in British Columbia.
  • What are the delivery options at Castoff?
    Castoff offers free delivery on orders over $50.00. The delivery is front door only, not into the home. All deliveries are tracked to provide customers with updates on the delivery status. Additionally, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 4:00 PM.
  • Do you deliver in Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Summerland, and Peachland?
    Yes, we offer delivery services to Kelowna, West Kelowna, Lake Country, Vernon, Summerland, and Peachland for your convenience.
  • How does the Castoff Rewards program work?
    The Castoff Rewards program allows customers to earn points by signing up and making purchases, which can be redeemed for discounts. Different tiers offer varying benefits.
  • What is Castoff's policy on damaged items and refunds?
    Castoff is committed to the quality of its used furniture and decor. Any damages will be clearly listed in the product description. If an item arrives with damage that was not disclosed, Castoff will promptly accept the return and provide a refund to the customer.
  • Can I return an item after it has been inspected on delivery?
    We do not accept any returns after the item has been inspected on delivery. You have the opportunity to reject the item at that time if it is not as described.
